Qualification:

This qualification has been developed in collaboration with industry, providers and Lantra for those learners working in arboriculture. It enables learners to progress to professional memberships, provides a stimulating and supportive environment to grow professionally, and improves job prospects by formalising professional skills and training. Learners will complete this qualification with a concrete understanding of the following:

• Selection, planting and design for amenity and landscape purposes
• Tree and hedge management
• Tree risk management

Optional units include: Woodland Management, Management of Special Trees, Structural Damage Investigations, and more.
