Qualification:

This qualification has been developed in association with the Fashion Retail Academy London to provide learners with transferable skills, engage them with current industry practice, and prepare them to progress onto further education/ training or employment on a management training programme within a fashion retail company. Learners will complete this qualification with a concrete understanding of the following:

• Effective team management, including what makes an effective team, leadership styles, and how leadership styles impact team management
• External and internal influences on fashion retail outlets
• How to plan / develop ranges and design visual merchandising displays
