Qualification:

This qualification has been developed in association with the Fashion Retail Academy London to provide learners with transferable skills, engage them with current industry practice, and prepare them to progress onto further education/training or employment on a management training programme within a fashion retail company. Learners will complete this qualification with a concrete understanding of the following:

• The evolution of the fashion retail marketplace, including historical influences
• Customer service in the retail sector, including the handling of customer payments
• The similarities and differences between types of fashion retail businesses
• How to work in a fashion retail store-based environment, including the selling process and personal progression opportunities

Optional units include: Visual Merchandising, Personal Shopping, Retail Consumer Law.
