Qualification:

This is a nationally recognised qualification that is particularly suitable for full and part-time learners in Further Education, Sixth Form Colleges and with Private Training Providers.

As part of their induction this qualification will provide skills and knowledge to help make learning more effective by:

• developing knowledge, skills and understanding of learning to learn
• developing study skills appropriate for all types of courses including academic and vocational
• supporting and encouraging learners to take responsibility for own learning
• developing skills needed for study to help retention, achievement and progression
• supporting personal growth and engagement in learning.
