Qualification:

This qualification has been developed in collaboration with industry, providers, and Lantra to help learners progress to higher levels of learning and ultimately employment in the environmental sector. Learners will complete this qualification with a concrete understanding of the following:

• Health and safety in the workplace, including current health and safety legislation, risk assessment, and emergency procedures
• How to load, transport and unload physical resources and comply with all health and safety requirements
• The importance of effective communication in co-operative working
• Optional units include: Manage Vegetation by Felling, Practical Skills for Grassland Areas, and more
