Qualification:

This qualification provides learners with an introduction to environmental conservation, and offers practical skills that can be used in the workplace and /or to improve future job prospects. Learners will complete this qualification with a concrete understanding of the following:

• Health and safety for environmental studies, including risk assessment, safety procedures, first aid awareness, and PPE maintenance of equipment
• The importance of effective communication in co- operative working
• Optional units include: Practical Skills for Grassland Areas, Practical Skills for Ditches, Access and Security in the Countryside, and more
