PROGRESSION ROUTES: WHAT'S NEXT

Certa Awards Skills for Further Learning and Employment qualifications are designed to re-engage people in learning and prepare for employment. They will enable learners to progress to further learning and may help some learners to progress to employment in a range of sectors.

This suite of qualifications are not part of an apprenticeship and do not lead directly to employment. They will, however, support learners wanting to develop personal and vocational skills that are beneficial in a work environment which may increase their chances of gaining employment in the future.
